What this page covers
Oak City Sites ("we," "us") runs oakcitysites.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the quote forms on this site, what we do with it, and who else sees it. We don't have a login, an account system or a shopping cart — the forms are the only place this site collects personal information.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote or contact form, we collect whatever you choose to enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, the plan you're interested in, and any message you write. Phone number and message are optional. If you don't submit a form, we don't collect anything about you beyond standard web server activity (see below).
How we use it
We use your information for one reason: to reply to your quote request and talk with you about your project. We don't use it for advertising, we don't build marketing lists from it, and we don't use it for anything beyond the conversation you started.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form service, and land in our email inbox. Formspree processes the submission to deliver it; we don't give your information to anyone else, and we don't sell it, ever.
This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which can see the IP address of that request, the same way any web request works. We don't add analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies of our own.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. There's no cookie banner because there's nothing here to opt out of.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages as long as we need them to respond to you and keep basic business records. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask — contact info is below.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, for any reason. Call or email us and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
